Weak hairdryers, spacious rooms, amazing location

The hairdryers don't function properly. but the room was really spacious and the area offered a lot to enjoy.

The large room I stayed in was well-furnished, with a particularly comfortable bed that allowed for great rest during my trip.

The breakfast options were disappointing. I found the coffee to be lackluster and the molletes did not meet my expectations compared to other places I've eaten in Mexico.

Attended a concert. staff were incredibly helpful.

Overall, I appreciated the hospitality, but some improvements are necessary in facilities.

The hotel was perfect for our family, especially with a young baby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved being close to local eateries and stores within walking distance.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff truly stood out with their kindness and helpfulness, especially regarding my transportation needs. I enjoyed the fantastic city view from my room, which added to the overall ambiance of my visit.

la joya is a lovely hotel, just a 20-minute stroll from the historic center. the deluxe king room was spacious and very comfortable. the personnel were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the shower was amazing, but it could have used more warmth since it was a bit chilly. I’d definitely stay here again.
